    • Designed and established an integrated workflow leveraging LucidLink, Jellyfish, and Frame.io, creating a seamless and efficient process for remote editing and media management.

    • Adopted and implemented industry standards for cloud and NAS editing to enhance collaboration and productivity.

  • Maintain and evolve brand assets and toolkits, ensuring consistency and innovation across all deliverables.

  • Develop and track budgets in collaboration with production teams, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely flagging of potential issues.
